Fi is a professional member of the UK Breathwork Association, committed to upholding the Association’s safety and ethical standards, as well as to her own ongoing professional development as a Restorative Coach and Somatic Breathwork Practitioner. She combines a degree in Psychology with postgraduate study in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, alongside professional training in Breathwork, Somatic work, Psychophysiology of Breath Science, Reiki attunement and Kundalini energy activation.
Her approach sits at the intersection of psychology, breath science, somatic practice and spirituality, bringing together evidence based understanding with the deeper, felt experience of the body.
Her own discovery of breathwork came after a diagnosis of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome left her struggling with everyday life due to extreme breathlessness, full body pain and exhaustion. Beneath the physical symptoms, she began to recognise deeper patterns of burnout, nervous system dysregulation and disconnection from her body.
As she explored different approaches to recovery, each offered something, but it was breathwork that opened a door she had never experienced before. The depth of the work was truly transformative, creating a profound shift in her relationship with her body, her nervous system and herself. It was this experience that ignited her calling to share breathwork with others.
Having navigated her own journey through recovery, she brings a deeply embodied understanding of how the nervous system can shape our physical and emotional experience. Her work supports people to reconnect with their bodies, access patterns held beyond conscious awareness, and develop greater capacity for nervous system regulation as a foundation for sustainable health and wellbeing.
