Sessions are tailored to your needs to create a safe space for exploration and healing. We will look at your natural breathing patterns to see how your body responds to stress, and improve how your breath supports physiological balance and function.  In addition I will facilitate a conscious c breathwork journey where you can release tension, regulate your nervous system, and access deeper awareness. Each session helps you reconnect with your body, build resilience, and open to greater clarity. 

Commit to your journey with a package of six sessions and your sixth session will be free. Sessions can be scheduled over time at your own pace giving you both flexibility and consistency in your practice. 

Partner breathwork opens a powerful space for connection. These sessions support partners in regulating the nervous system, releasing tension, and softening old patterns. By sharing the breath, couples cultivate presence, trust, and a deeper sense of bonding that goes beyond words.  

This supportive space for group breathwork offers the perfect reset. Numbers are limited to ensure a safe and intimate environment so advanced booking is required. Each session offers the chance to reconnect with yourself, release tension, regulate the nervous system, and promote a sense of calm and clarity.

We begin with a short guided meditation to bring our awareness into the body before moving into Conscious Connected Breathwork, using the breath to release tension and access deeper clarity. Zelda will then lead us through a soothing sound bath, calming the nervous system, opening the heart, and inviting profound presence, allowing the body and mind to rest, integrate, and fully absorb the transformative effects of the journey.
